The sky changes color depending on the number of ascension missions you've finished in the desert, so that's normal.

I'm looking forward to all of these updates, not to mention that I am thankful my school does finals before winter break rather than after!

Wait, that can't be right. The only way for a PvE to even GET to the tombs is to complete all of them. There's no way of testing that, because it's unavailable to everone that hasn't completed all 3 or doesn't have a PvP Only character.

The Mage Henchmen's armor is probably the nicest armor i've seen in the game yet. If it were Fissure, i would've acquired it long ago, chances are it'll be available in Chapter Two and i'm definitely getting that. By far the nicest looking armor in the game second to the Female Fissure Armor.

ps. the hench is ugly

Wow.

If Im not mistaken the podcast interview with jeff, stated that they can stream new content, updates and anything they want to weeks before they choose to actually activate the stuff.
That wouldn't surprise me when I played Final Fantasy 11, people started figuring out how to decipher the games code and would figure out when updates were coming and what they would be about.

-------------

After seeing all the new stuff, I got ready to play Chapter 2...then I realized at the very least it's still 2 and 1/2 monthes away. I say props to Anet for building up the hype and suspense for their expansion, most I've seen compared to other MMORPGS I played when an expansion came out.

I would suggest that perhaps the tombs will be destroyed or something to that effect, to make way for the battle isles

You can't completely be sure of it. I think the Chapter 1 Henchmen armor situation will be the same as the Chapter 2 one. i.e. Alesia, Stefan, etc have armors that we are unable to get, but some of them are similar to the ones that we can get (e.g. Stefan = Chainmail armor). Therefore, since I have a theory that these will be the new Chapter 2 henchmen (Thank god! No more Alesia! ), that their armors may be just similar to the ones we can get.

I am betting something like that too...

Tomb get destroyed by shiro's spirit while he escape from it. The Zaishen relocate the new tomb entrance to the battle isle (to enter the mist, HoH).

Waah, that new warrior armor looks so sweet.

The new armors remind me of pre searing, the warrior one looks like a rip off of ascalon with some metal bits added ( what the hell is that helm??? ) and the top of the monks reminds me of fow/pre searing. The ranger and monk looks very nice though but cant say the same for warrior, all in all looks good.

The warrior one is a very stylized but obviously chinese influenced armor. I like it a lot ^^ cant wait to get Yachi a set.

This is the hell with the helmet.
Minus the side flaps

According to the Commander (I think) next to the Henchies, the intrance to the Tombs in the Desert is only one of many.

I also noticed that there was a rather large ammount of download when I walked into the Dragon's Lair. Strange.

According to pages 71-72 of the Guild Wars manual (I don't know why I was reading it), there are many entrances on many different worlds.

I dont know if I'm not in the same line of thinking has you guys, but if Tombs gets destroyed, how are the chapter 1 people going to HoH if the new entrance will be in the battle isles? To my understanding the Battle Isles would be available for chap 2 only so chapter 1 gets screwed?

From my understanding the Battle Isles will replace the arenas in Chapter 1, I assume that is just CA. So I'm guessing that if they move the entrance to tombs to the Battle Isles people in chapter one will be able to access it.

You guys do realize that we wont be able to use the type of armor the henchmen are using? It's like trying to use Orion's armor.. You can't buy it anywhere.
